Another new member was accepted into the ranks of the Czech Optical Cluster at the December membership meeting. The new member of COC is the Brno company Lightigo s.r.o.
Lightigo’s goal is to streamline elemental analysis using the LIBS technology – “Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy” and establish it as a standard for laboratory and industrial usage.
To this end, Lightigo has developed a commercially available instrument FireFly, which can perform multi-element analysis in real time and without sample preparation.
Lightigo is also providing custom development in the field of optics and optomechanics instrumentation.
