Petr Přikryl, Manager of the Czech Optical Cluster, participated in the kick-off meeting of the PhotonQBoost project, held on February 26–27, 2025, in Porto, Portugal.
This inspiring two-day event provided a unique opportunity for experts in photonics and quantum technologies from across Europe to explore their potential in supporting sustainability, resilience, and competitiveness in European industries.
The meeting took place at EurA PT in Porto and brought together partners from various parts of Europe and beyond. Throughout the two-day program, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions focused on key areas of the project’s development.
The Czech Optical Cluster is proud to be part of this strong consortium, which includes not only Czech entities but also significant partners from Portugal, Germany, Austria, Finland, Lithuania, France, and other European countries. This collaboration will contribute to further advancements in the development of photonic and quantum technologies, which have the potential to significantly impact the future of European industry.
